30-Day Policy: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Custom & Bespoke Gowns: No returns or exchanges on custom items (including specific size and color requests). Exceptions apply only if a color/size error was made on our part.
Exclusions: Jewelry, accessories, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Returns are not accepted for personal reasons ("Bought by mistake", "I don't like it").
Cancellations: Full refund within 2 hours of payment. 70% refund between 2-24 hours. No cancellations accepted after 24 hours.
