Looks Elegant - Return & Refund Policy
At Looks Elegant, our Boutique is dedicated to providing high-end fashion, from Bespoke Bridal Couture to Elegant Evening Wear and Luxury Ready-to-Wear. We strive to ensure our customers have full confidence in every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our requirements.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Refund
Certain types of items and conditions cannot be returned:

Custom & Bespoke Products: No returns and no exchanges on custom items (special orders or personalized items), including specific size and color requests. Exceptions are made only if there is a color error or the size received is not the one ordered.

Hygiene & Personal Care: Lingerie, swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken), jewelry, accessories, and beauty products.

Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Perishables & Hazardous Materials: Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants) and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases).

Personal Reasons: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as: "Bought by mistake," "I don't like it," "I no longer need it," etc.
3. Order Cancellation Policy

Within 2 hours after payment: Full refund.

Within 2-24 hours after payment: 70% refund of product total plus shipping fee (as the order is already being processed by the factory).

After 24 hours: No refund or cancellation accepted.

POD Orders: Print-on-Demand orders cannot be canceled as they are customized.
4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Undelivered Parcels: If a parcel is returned to sender or not delivered due to customer circumstances, no refund will be issued. This includes: incorrect/incomplete address, invalid contact details, refusal of the parcel, or failure to collect it from a pickup point in time.

Delivered Status: If the carrier marks the parcel as "Delivered," no refund will be issued, even if the customer claims non-receipt.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $150 USD, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, for merchandise shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this does not apply to custom-made or bespoke items as per legal exceptions.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at services@lookselegant.com.
